We now offer Hill's to Home!

We wanted to offer an easier and more convenient way get your pet's prescription food, from Hill's straight to your doorstep! You can now register your pet on the Hill's to Home website and order your pet's diet straight to your home.

How Does It Work?

All requests will go through an approval process, your pet must be an established patient of Cotati Small Animal Hospital and they must be up to date on their annual wellness exam.

STEP ONE

STEP TWO

To order prescription foods: you need to call us and give us your name, pet's name, and the email you registered under as well at the diet the vet wants your pet(s) on.

STEP THREE

Once we have the proper information we will create a Nutrition Plan for your pet(s) and you will receive an email when that nutrition plan is ready for you!

STEP FOUR

Find your pets' desired food. Depending on the diet, you will have choice of wet food or dry food. You might also have a few options of flavor!

STEP FIVE

You will then need to select the frequency of your autoship (if you wish to autoship).

STEP SIX

Then you will be prompted to enter your credit card information to complete your order.

 YOU'RE DONE!

All that is left to do is sit back and relax while the food is automatically delivered directly to your door!

DON'T FORGET!

Requests will not be approved if your pet is due or overdue for an annual exam.
