Please note: All prescription orders go through an approval process, so your pet must be an established patient of Cotati Small Animal Hospital and up to date on their annual wellness exam.
How To: For New Clients
STEP ONE
Click here to go to the account registration page. Be sure to remember or write down the email you use for registration. Complete the form with your account, payment details, and shipping details. Don’t forget to add your pets to the account with their name, age, and breed!
STEP TWO
After setting up your account, notify us and provide the email you registered with. The doctor will then add eligible prescriptions for you to choose from. If you know what medication you need, add it to your cart and check out. Your request will be sent to the vet for approval!
STEP THREE
Once your pet's medication has been approved, it will be carefully packaged and shipped straight to your doorstep within a few days! This streamlined process was designed so you can enjoy peace of mind knowing your pet’s prescriptions are on their way without any extra hassle for you!
REMINDER
Medication requests will not be approved if your pet is due for bloodwork or an exam. California law requires that your pet’s annual exam be current for any medication refills or new prescriptions. This ensures your pet’s health is reviewed and monitored effectively, complying with legal requirements.
How To: For Existing Clients

to sign in and view your active prescriptions. To request a new prescription, simply add it to your cart and check out, or call our office for assistance.
STEP TWO
If your prescriptions are current, you can refill them right away. If they are not, you’ll need to wait for the doctor’s approval before the medication can be shipped.
STEP THREE
If your pet's prescriptions are current, you can refill them immediately. If they are not, you’ll need to wait for the doctor’s approval before they can be shipped to you.
REMINDER
Please note, medication will not be approved if your pet is due for bloodwork or an exam. If no refills are left, the doctor must reapprove the prescription before it can be filled.
